The Eyes Free Inclusive Science is world’s first science promotion camp for the visually impaired school students founded at 2012. The camp is mainly for high school students.

This year the camp also having a side event for People with Special Needs who wish to start their own social enterprises in conjunction with SK University Atal Innovation Council and U DNA Foundation’s Catch Lab.

We request all of you to inform all known Visually Impaired high school students starting from 8th standard to apply for the camp. The medium of instruction in the camp will be English language.

Entrepreneurship Camp

Also we are inviting any qualified youths with special need category who have a dream to start a social enterprise based on science and technology also to participate in the camp and we will be conducting a special session for them with the assistance of Atal Incubation Centre. Unemployment among the Visually Impaired community is 99%. Chakshumathi and SKC – Atal Innovation Council is serious about developing entrepreneurship skills among the visually impaired and youths with Special Needs in developing Industry 5.0 skills and showing the way to source start-up funding, getting skills in design thinking, project writing, marketing knowledge and networking.  Admission to the camp is restricted to those youths who have a dream of going for their startups and social enterprises. The instruction medium of the camp will be only English. However, we will try to keep it very simple.

Minimum qualification is 12th grade.
